Spicing things up!

Evening everyone, been following CoW for awhile now and 1.4.4 is glorious. Genuinly one of the best pieces of work I've ever seen hats completly off.

However I'm having a bit of an issue and I was wondering if anyone could help. The storm of chaos is well truly over, destroyed them. The orcs and nothing more than a mere annoyance in the east. I'm playing as Middenheim which I love, however things have got largly boring. Sitting at around turn 110 give or take and well, there isn't much to do now.

I like watching the AI battle it out and well, there isn't many if anyone else left to challenge the empire. Is there a way to force apart the alliances of the empire? Everyone of them is sitting with 12/14 full stacks doing nothing save killing the odd beastman army that appears. Thinking things would get messy if I were able to even at least break the alliances.

Any thoughts? I know diplomatic_stance in the campaign_script.txt file is the place to look (I think) but having no experience with that to do here I'm lost.

If you have a diplomat, you may be able to break the alliance and fight other imperial factions. Or use assassins and hope they fail and are caught to declare war.

But any way to cause massive civil war ?

I can break alliances with them and go to war with them myself, but I really just want them to go to war with each other. Like Master_Mind said, massive civil war would be ideal.

Sounds like an idea for a submod feature. Civil war erupts between the empire factions, which Kislev takes advantage of and tries to expand its borders into Empire territory.

You could always cheat and go into console and force diplomacy. Make each state declare war on each other in the terms and force them to do it XD
