Hi everybody, its been a long time... I dont play Rome more than a year ago, and I didnt came to the forum for probably 6 months. So, whats up? Whats going on? Theres a new expanion going around? Whats the top mods around now?

Thats right, Europa Barabarorum... When it was released? It lives up for the expectation of the bunch?

It was released around christmas, and has progressed from 0.7 to 0.74, with 0.8 a 1.5 compatible version the next one to be released once the team has finished work on it. It definitely lived up to expectations from what i have heard.

What about the expansions? Is the AI any worth now?

Well BI and ithe 1.6 patch for it and then 1.3 and later 1.5 patch for RTW have improved the ai, it will sometimes attempt proper naval inavsions now, campaign ai is improved, though the diplomacy is still quite bad, and the battle ai has also been improved. BI added in new features such as hordes, loyalty, swimming, night battles with torches and religion.
