Re: Diplomacy with the Iberian Client Kingdom
Casturix of the Tartessians and four other representatives of neighboring Iberian tribes appear in the Iberian capital and make their way to the Pro-Consular palace. They enter the small room where Albanus stood and waited for him to speak...

Albanus decides to take a polite and poper approach for now
"Greetings gentlemen, was you journey here well? As I'm sure you have assumed by now, this meeting is here to disscuss the politics of Iberia, now would one of you care to start."

Re: Diplomacy with the Iberian Client Kingdom
Casturix and his fellows spoke in hushed voices and Casturix began in coarse Latin.
The travel would have been better if we hadn't been ambushed by Lusitanian dogs. They killed two of my best men. Soon we will be gone and they will be knocking on your doorstep, Roman. You have two options, to let us die and face the Lusitanians and Celt-Iberians alone, or defend us and increase your lands in the process. Either way, war is coming, Roman. Our priests have foreseen it in the skies, streaked with bronze and crimson. Blood will be spilt. How does your Senate respond to our demands?

Re: Diplomacy with the Iberian Client Kingdom
The Lusitanians and Celt-Iberians do not get on. They merely allow one another their own conquests and stay out of the way, at least, they will until they have nobody else to make war upon. We Celts do not always see eye to eye. We have no way of gauging their strength, they strike in small, mobile bands. That is the nature of their warfare. We have never seen more than 5,000 in one place, but their total numbers must exceed this.
