Loaning in campaign.

Has anyone tried this?

What I mean with loaning in campaign, is that you send a diplomat to another faction, and request them to pay you x sum of money, while in return you offer to pay the same amount of money (maybe with a small interest added to it) with the regular tribute back. This could allow you to get a large amount of money to spend on buildings to improve your economy or units to conquer more regions, so that you have a better chance of getting out of debt.

Of course, it's another thing entirely do you honestly pay back the money or not...

You can't chose not to pay back the money unless you kick their @$$es before you get there...
