    Default Stone Forts for 3.1?

    Can somebody point me to a submod that enables such things? I would like to be able to build stone forts for and giggles really.

    Open the mods/Third_Age_3/data/descr_campaign_db.xml in notepad and change this line:

    <can_build_forts bool="false"/>

    for:

    <can_build_forts bool="true"/>

    Note, that AI will build forts too at ridiculous spots... Especially with so many cash so it may actually break your immersion in the campaign. To counter the issue you may want to increase the cost of fort. In descr_cultures.txt in the above mentioned folder alter each of these:

    fort_cost 500

    for whatever cost you wish. I suggest 5000 or at least 2500.

    It's not really necessary to create two threads for this NTW. One thread is enough, or preferably you ask it in the " - Official Ak Questions Thread - ".

    Changing <can_build_forts bool="false"/> into "true" will allow your generals to build wooden forts. Is there any way to build stone ones?

    I suggest to have look at Forts: Everything you need to know about permanent, sone and/or buildable forts, you'll find everything you need to know in it.
