    Default [Solved] Removing a unit

    Hello!

    Will probably sound stupid but does removing a unit from the EDU removes it entirely from the game? Or is there something more to be done?

    Doesn't sound stupid to me. It depends on the mod, possible conflicts could be in campaign_script, descr_strat, descr_mercenaries, export_descr_buildings and descr_rebel_factions, if those are clear it should be safe to remove.

    And descr_sm_factions.txt file if it's a horde unit.

    Thanks. I'll check those files.

    Ok, it seems the unit in question is found only in EDU and EDB. Is that theoretically possible?

    Should I delete the whole line from EDB or put a semicolon before it?

    Code:
    recruit_pool "AS Bombard"  1   0.2   2  0  requires factions { timurids, }
    recruit_pool "Arrow Warriors"  1   0.2   2  0  requires factions { lithuania, }  and event_counter not_pagan_lithuania 1

    Yes, semicolon will do, you never know you might want to put it back in again.

    You can use semi-colons in the edu too, this will mean the entry is ignored and the entry will not count towards the 500 limit also.
