Changing Victory Required Regions

I have found other threads which deal with changing the *number* of regions required for victory, however this is not what I am interested in. I cannot find where to change which regions the game requires you to take for victory; unlike the tutorial for Empire, hey are not listed under CAMPAIGN_STARTPOS/CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO/VICTORY_CONDITION_OPTIONS/VICTORY_CONDITION_OPTIONS/VICTORY_CONDITIONS_BLOCK/VICTORY_CONDITIONS_BLOCK/CAMPAIGN_VICTORY_CONDITIONS and i cannot find anywhere else that this info is listed! There's no weird CAI region ID listed here, just the number of regions you have to take for each campaign but obviously the info must be listed somewhere in the startpos, right?! i know responses on here haven't been too great recently but i'm hoping someone knows where this info is now stored.

Use taw's tools. You can't view victory conditions as you would have for E:TW/N:TW with ESFEditor.

dammit. okay thanks Anton! I broke my startpos trying to change the start location anyway so I doubt I'll get around to it.

What program did you use to access the number of regions required for victory?
I wanted to change that for a long time now...
