    Default altering and descr file

    When I alter any descr file such as export_descr_unit or descr_strat and try to save it, it says cannot create the (insert path name here), make sure that the path and file name are correct. How do I fix this problem so I can mod certain files?

    It is not on readme only mode and I am using vista.
