Constant CTD's while in battles HELP!

Could it be when I zoom in or give too many commands and move the camera? How do I stop these CTD's?

Things that are not causing the problem: Disk fragmentation, graphics settings (tried everything but reducing things to minimum)

i downloaded and installed this mod i have rome total war 1.5 no BI or Alexander and when the launcher comes up it gives me three error boxes saying.....

this is the first box that comes up "If you get this error then you've probably done something wrong please report the next three messages"

this is second "You dont have Roma Surrectum II installed in the correct folder (C:\RS II)"
(i know i have it in the right folder because i watched a youtube video step by step and followed it all completely right)

this is 3rd "Engine: RomeTW.exe, Faction campaign: -mod:play_rome"

and this is fourth In total: 'RomeTW.exe -mod:play_rome -show_err -nm -movie_cam'

i have installed this twice with the help of a youtube video and both times these boxes come up and its doing my nut in can some one please help thanks.
