Unable to find skeleton

I really want to play this mod, but every time I start it up I get "generic error
unable to find skeleton 'fs_slinger_new'"
I have had preious probems but have re-insalled Four times, using all the different download windows and now I get this bug.
Coukld someone please help? any help will be much appreciated

Are you using STEAM? Windows Vista or 7?

Please mail me the descr_model_battle.txt-file. You can find that in your data-folder.

Do you have vanilla RTW and BI folders installed? IB mods require this to operate otherwise you may get messages like you have.

Hmm, that file is ok.

Maybe you should change the descr_skeleton.txt for that I attached. Save it to the same folder you got the descr_model_battle.txt.

Done that, seemed to have solved that problem (thanks

)but now I get:
error: Filename doesn't exist:
data/models_building/spot_fx/spot_fx_BI_street_lamp.CAS
and afterI close the window I get
script error in

ibfd/data/descr_building_battle/dbb_barbarian invasion.txt at line 751 column 40

unable to open spot fx file

Does that file exist in the named folder? If not tell me.

I think you do have a general problem that your vanilla game (RTW and BI) was not properly installed. And do you have version 1.6 installed?

Yes I have a clean version, 1.6, and as far as I know I had no errors installing it.

right ok this is taking the mick, i start it up, and no error comes up or anything, it just says barbarian invasion has stopped working

Hmm, does at least the main menue appear or does that CTD happen while loading?

IMO it would be the best if you do completely de-install the whole RTW/BI/IBFD game and then install it from the beginning. It could be that you have a faulty version of the mod.
