Building to retrain troops?
Would it be possible to have replenishing troops numbers like in empire and Napoleon? In friendly land you get a small trickle of troops back until they get to full strength.
If not what about an expensive building that lets you retrain all your troops in a settlement , it could be making this building allowed to recruit all available units but they must wait LONG time before being available for actual units.
