You can edit text files somewhere, yes.

Would take enormous amount of time lol. You need to unpack the game for it, then convert the .bin files in the data\text folder to .txt type using a converter that requires python v2.5.4 (x86) installed. After that you have to modify each line in latin, whatever text is outside the curly braces "{}". Simple but time consuming.
