    Default Problem

    I hate BI installed but RTR VII won't run and said something like I don't have BI installed.

    It seems like your BI isn't patched up to version 1.6. Please download that last BI patch, install it and then retry the installation of RTR

    It seems like some versions are not. This error usually comes up when BI isn't fully patched. Just to be sure, I'd advice to download and install CA's 1.6 Patch here

    I just checked and it says that I have 1.6. I know this is a stupid question (I suck at technological stuff), but do I still need to download the patch as you suggested?

    I'd still try to do that. It can't do any harm, when that doesn't work I'd delete RTR and reinstall a fresh download to see if that solves the issue.
