    Default Is there a way to improve the units leveling?

    I remember that getting a unit some chevrons used to be alot better than what it is now, so i am wondering if there is a way i can edit the bonuses a unit get when he gets chevrons(stars)?
    Or for that matter do ANYTHING related to the leveling of your units, time it takes, number of stars etc.

    Everything related to chevrons is hardcoded unfortunately.
