Numerius is the 3rd child of Maxintius Balbinus, an ex-legionairre who was renowned for his prowess on the battlefield and his sharp tongue within the senatorial halls when he later became a tribune. He has taken on the reigns which his father once held and now has the full backing of the extended Balbinus family to expand it's influence within the Republic and gain the support of those who run Rome behind the cover that is the democratic system and finally enter the ranks of patricians. He is often quick to judge and prone to having a short temperament, however this merely is a tool of destruction when he is uon the grassy plains of battle and he has been trained in the art of swordsmanship since adolescence.
