SPQR 8.0 with RS maps complete installer

Hey, i keep seeing people struggling to instal the rs maps addition, so i've made a complete installer for everyone.

this is the complete installer, doesn't need any previous instal, or any additions to the installer. Just have a clean copy of Rome vanilla (v1.5) and run the installer. It will install spqr8.0 with rs maps.

probably not, i had real difficulty uploading to this. My net connection isn't that stable. It took me over ten attempts to upload just this one.
