    Default Endgame difficulty

    Hello All

I have just rebuilt osgiliath with aragorn as king and have conquered Harad on very hard difficulty. I am around turn 150 now, and Mordor is not posing much of a challenge.

I wish to suggest that once you have reached a certain size, the enemy is boosted even more to present more of an endgame challenge.

Loving the Blackroot vale bodyguard btw. And I would like to see more custom generals, especially Figwit and some Dol Amroth Guys. A warg and mumakil general would be cool aswell. Maybe a peralgir marine Admiral aswell.

AOR general bodyguards make up for the fact you cannot recruit them until 100+turns

The greatest joy for a man is to defeat his enemies, to drive them before him, to take from them all they possess, to see those they love in tears, to ride their horses, and to hold their wives and daughters in his arms.

Which enemy? You don't have to be at war at times, so the faction(s) that get a boost might be arbitrary. Also, if these factions receive massive bonusses, it will effect their other neighbours as well. You could do the same thing as what happened in the old Total War Games, "friend and foe" eventually solve their differences and plot to destroy you. Of course, this won't be completely possible in this game, but two more factions declaring war on you the moment you start on getting too big sounds better than giving the AI arbitrary bonusses.

Yeah evil factions declaring war might work, expecially if invasions were really stepped up with some spawned armies.
