I'll make sure to get fraps on as soon as I can! Well, as soon as I actually get off of my British trade-lord spree and actually get some land armies. I must've had four naval battles per turn so far, and you've more than covered that with the brilliant video.
LOVE the new flags!
La Garde recule.
First of all I want to say this mod is fantastic, I love the slow tactical battles, and eye candy like lingering smoke.
In my campaign I'm playing as Russia, and after I took the time to modernize the motherland, in early December 1806 went to war and took both Odessa and the Ottoman settlement next to it(can't remember the name, soz ).
Then on late march 1807 I marched on Istanbul, skipping the territoty between my border and the prize, laid siege and the next turn the enemy decided to strike and so the battle of Istanbul began.
They had two more artillery regiments than me, and an equal number of cavalry but I had the advantage in infantry, mine were better and had more experience.
I snapped several shots and here are the best ones in my opinion.
The first shows my army engaging the Ottomans, far away shot showing the scale of my army(40 units, about 7000 men), the second picture shows the aftermath of a failed Ottoman cavalry charge, the third shows the end, my cavalry butchered the Ottoman artillery crew and the battle was finally won.
Out of nearly 7,000 men I lost 1,539 men, the Ottomans 4,432 out of 5,000 something.
So yeah wall of text and 3 not so great shots, but hey it's a start.

My first attempt on v2.0 - a custom battle on the Homestead map.
At first it seemed certain that I would lose the battle - however, my heroic dragoons did the impossible and I got a surprise victory.
I must say that the AI really surprised me, it had prepared a few nasty tricks for me (playing on Expert difficulty).
This battle had it all - blood, sweat, noise and chaos. Most of these I loved the chaos.
All of the screenshots are unedited to represent what the battle really looked like!
Don't mess with the French
I might post these shots edited at some point.
Thanks for viewing!

Great vid. You miss so much detail from up high. I like to clicky-click too much in battle!

Here is an image from my Spanish campaign. It does not look like much, but its in fact the end of Portugals
independence, and a start to one one the best naval battles i have ever fought. Here we can see the mighty Nuestra Señora de la Santísima Trinidad sailing against the enemy fleet (British ships are not yet in the battlefield, it was a tough fight.)
