(Relatively) newbie question

Can someone please advise; I've recently started to use the ModManager for NTW to update a couple of areas. However, I've steered clear of particular mods that specifically mention adding 'user.script.txt'. Does the ModManager automatically update that area of script or would it have to be done manually ?

Yea it will automatically change(update) the user script.

No problem

You could use mod asking to edit user script, it's really easy and safe.
