Cannot Uninstall 2.0

I'm having trouble uninstalling my 2.0 version of TATW. everytime I go to unistall it, it says it will now unistall 3.0 part 2 0f 2. What's going on here? and does it really matter if I uninstall 2.0 at all?

Have you tried uninstalling it though the control panel, it's what I did

I've had uninstallation problems in the past as well. I've found that going to the mod folder in the Medieval II folder and deleting the Third Age folder manually is the best way to do it.
Then I would go to Appdata/local/virtualstore/games/sega (this is just a guess at the path because I've forgotten but it's something very similar)
In there you'll find Third Age files even after an uninstallation including save games. Deleting these files would properly uninstall Third Age for me.
I run Windows 7 however.
So maybe try this method to cleanse your pc completely of TATW and then start fresh with the install version you want.
