Windows Version Error

Hey everyone. I have a problem with the installation process unfortunately. I installed part 1 with no errors or problems but when I go to install part 2 I get this:

" The version of this file is nor compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of the program."

I am running a 64-bit system. Have tried running as admin, but then I get this:

" Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\User\Downloads|TATW_3.0_Part2of2.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

I have also restarted multiple times. This is the second time downloading the part2 file. Takes me a good 6 hours with my crappy internet, so preferable I don't want to download again.

Couldn't find anyone else with this error after searching.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed it. Working fine now. Downloaded again from a different server.
