General question about building destruction..

OK I've been off playing medieval 2 forever and now that I've come back to Rome I can not for the life of me figure out how to destroy a building. If I go the same route as in other two games, clicking the settlement and looking at the building browser never has an available icon for destroying any building. Its driving me nuts and I couldn't find an answer on here, I'm sure someone infinitely smarter than me will have an answer out there.

Some buildings just cannot be destroyed. Like barracks.

barracks can be destroyed actually
farms/roads/walls/governor villa (and all those of the same kind, you know, the ones that practically upgrade your settlement, I can't find a name for it, sorry for my english ) are the ones that can't be destroyed

When viewing buildings in the City tab (not the building browser) right click on the image of the building you want to destroy and the icon will be in the bottom left corner.

Oh, really? My bad! Then the buildings you listed ARE the ones, haha =P.
