    It's ok, I'm a broken person I can play a broken game. And I have been! Just wish there was a way to remove the feature, but can't have everything you want and nothing is perfect.

    I just realized something funny, seeing you're from the Kingdom of the Netherlands. My last turn was subjugating Amsterdam as Austria to complete the wall of protectorates between my empire and the French. One of the craziest battles so far was just outside the city, a Bavarian Republic army with over 50 guns blasting away at my charging lines. It was an epic thing to watch, and then again in replays. Now the Republic is no more, and a United Netherlands has risen to stand with us against the French. If Russia doesn't decide to double cross me to the east, I plan to dissolve the Holy Roman Empire once and for all, and siege Rome then the rest of Italy. All with a sick and dying population as you say, hah.

    The mod keeps crashing at launch (right after the black "napoleon tw" credits launch screen).


    I have done (three ¬¬) completelly clean installs of NTW (Steam Version), i completelly deleted any remnants of previous installations (at least in the Steam/steamapps/common foldeR), i have installed (and repaired) Net Framework 4 (and rebooted the pc after), installed the mod with no problems (and the correct NTW folder path), started the launcher, reset to vanilla (deleting the script.txt file) and even rechecking the file path, then enabled the submods and launched the game. All 3 times the game crashed at start. The launcher file check says everything is fine.

    I have checked that the game works fine before installing the mod. I am using Windows 7 x64 and have a one year old computer. Btw, even if i hit "return to vanilla" or whatever it is called and i launch napoleon, it still doesn't work. Not even if I uninstall the mod completelly it works.

    Any idea why this might be happening?

    A very hard one and to be very honest I don't have a slight clue. Perhaps a script of an other mod is still left ?

    I only have one problem.

    The client randomly crashed during a battle. It was a pitched battle of me (Russia, using Suvorov) fighting France in Bavaria. It was a french army of all Bavarian line infantry, truly a sight to see. Needless to say this was going to be easily won with my less numerous but balanced force. I was impressed when the AI actually tried to flank me. Good job devs!

    The battle became a max-range shoot-out, is the AI supposed to be attacking me at max-range with the innacuracy? Or does it have to do w/ most of my infantry being grenadiers (starting army) so a melee would end... Badly?

    OK so the actual problem is that as I was turning the tide, now outnumbering my enemy, the game crashed to desktop. No unresponsive window, no attempt to fix, just an instant crash and close of the client. What gives?

    This happens to me every now and then (no matter what modification I happen to be playing). I assume it happens because the battle might be taxing on your computer. This is just my theory however.

    hi i don't know if this is the right section, but im gonna ask it anyways.

    how did they change the base value of the trade nodes from 20-10.

    i used packfilemanager and tried changing it. but it keeps crashing

    hey i had a problem on not getting the game working even after going after the steps carefully and it gave me an unknown error any help appreciated pls !!!
