Missing Disc

So I went to re-install my Rome Total War game due to a faulty mod install, and I lost disc 2 and disc 3. I have disc 1 and my CD key. Is there something I can do to say "Hey CA got my CD Key, can I get my game back?" Or is it on steam? Could I give them the CD key and get the game? Or, I'm outta luck?

You're buying a new copy, whether Gold Edition dvd or steam, unless you can convince Sega otherwise but the chances are less than slim.
