Moving your capital to the center of the realm, building buildings that increase law (like barracks and administrative buildings) and choosing your governors carefully (look for traits that increase law).Originally Posted by PrinceofPersia

I prefer to keep my original capital and put up with higher corruption/lower public order. Only after creating Arnor or rebuilding Osgiliath do I change it.

Id rather edit the files and lower corruption, much better way than to move your capital, since i also prefer to keep it in original location.
