Error during install. Please help

When I install this mod I get an error message saying :

bi\ci\data\animations\pack.dat: This file contains invalid data. (error 11FD)

I have tried installing as administrator and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rome Total War and Barbarian Invasion. And before you ask yes of course I have Barbarian invasion patched to 1.6.

Can anyone please help me?
I would love to try this mod.

There's the possibility the ownload was corrupted. I'd suggest downloading again.

I have now tried the exe and the rar, with the same outcome of failure.
