    Default Civil Revolts

Just wondering, what factors make up a revolting rebel army?
Does having more squalor make a certain type of revolting unit, does having governors influence negate other rebelling units?
Does the percentage of public order affect the size of the rebelling army?

From my own deductions, there are several factors affecting the makeup of the rebel army.
Such factors seem to include, from what I have personally noticed:
What military buildings you have in the settlement, and what level they are (including blacksmiths)
Which general region the settlement is in
Which religion that has majority in the settlement region

In the end it makes little difference to me, though, since rebel are rebels, and I always go for beating them regardless of what they show up with.
