Shire Autonomy Question
Hi everybody!
I have to say that I'm very much enjoying 3.1 and the new features it has! Anyway, I have a question about giving the Shire its autonomy. Early in my Eriador campaign I allowed it to have autonomy, but I realized that the tax rate I set for Longbottom was too high (the population was going down).
I sent my diplomat to Michel Delving and took away autonomy so I could lower the tax rate, but now I don't know how to give the Hobbits back their autonomy! I tried having my diplomat leave the settlement for awhile but nothing happened.
Does anyone know what to do?
