Please help, Cas file empty error

hey. Im sorry, i know this would of already been asked and i swear ive been looking around the forums for 40 minutes trying to find a patch on it. Now does the general fix patch fix it? or do i need to do sumthing special? Its just i just finished the campaign with a faction and am going on attacking athens but every time the battle screen loads tht error occurs n rtw crashes. Plz help, my life is as baren as an 80yr old womans womb!!!!
