    Is it a good idea or not?
    I gave the Spanish the ability to train Catalans, Mercenary Crossbowmen, Mercenary Arquebusiers and Landschneckt Pikemen in provinces that have both the Tavern and the Port built.
    I also gave them ability to recruit Native American mercs in Taverns, as long as they are allied to them.

    I was also thinking about adding Flemnish pikemen as well, since at the time, Spain held the Netherlands and Belgium.

    great idea iv'e been looking for something like this it would defiantly balance out the game and also i dont know how good you are but could you make it so the musketeers for Spain fire by rank then crouch rather than firing and rotating if you know what i mean

    I can't do that.
    Also, there is another problem.
    When ever I right-click on the Brother building to view it's description, the game crashes.
    Maybe I shouldn't allow the Spanish to hire Native Mercenaries in Brothels, Inns and Taverns.

    I even gave the ownership of the merc units to Spain!

    Sounds awesome. I've always wanted a good Americas mod. If you could make the map bigger and include more tribes such as the Incas and include Portugal that would be epic!!

    Sure, it would be, but my modding skills are extremely poor.
    I can't map, and I don't even know how to fight off errors that come with adding new units.
    I mean, I made those units recruitable for Spain, and it caused an error that I can't fix.
