Can Someone help?

I was playing as mordor in my TATW campaign and i noticed that when i got to turn 40 i got an message about the ring location.
Can i change the turn 40 to turn 1 when i start my campaign?

You probably could, but you don't want that. At turn 1, you're not prepared on taking on another faction, especially if an evil faction finds the ring. Secure your lands first and you'll soon see that both the silvan elves and Gondor will form enough of a threat, if Rohan won't join in.

I think that's something controlled either by descr_events or campaign_script, both in the D:\SEGA\Medieval 2 Total War\mods\Third_Age\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign folder.
