Can you disable stack spam mid campaign

noob question whatever.. im assuming you cant but want to check. As my gondor campaign has been great but I literally cant be asked to fight atleast 1 battle every turn. its doing my nut in. 157 turns in and dont really want to have to start again.. :|

Go to the EDB and reduce the unit pools and replenishment rates.

yeah 3.0 barons submod. Its not mordor thats the problem its Harad. Ive had to attack them and have taken 2 of their cities in a attempt to keep the fights off my lands. I was fooling enough to think that this would damage their economy... but the armies of heavy cav and spearmen keep on coming. Ive found that if I dont take osgiliath either w or e and leave cair andros to mordor they dont attack minas tirith unless its an invaision. Its just a super super boring campaign. and only hard because its got to boring.

This is for all versions. And fighting at Osgiliath is still fighting.
