Authority keeps going back

Hi,

The authority of my king keeps going back to three, no matter what happens. I'm in a lithuania campaign, turn 37 and several times my authority increased but keeps going back to inferior numbers. More, my king has these two traits now: Renowned Victor and of course Faction Leader. Renowned Victor gives him +1 in authority and with Faction Leader he should have 4. But he has 3.

Is it maybe because I have only 3 regions? (no comments about my playing :p)

Presumably you are playing BGR-IV. Authority is limited to 3, though there are so many bonuses flying around from other mods that the BGR limit will eventually be overwhelmend and you will get much more.

If you are playing BGR-V then the limit is 4 and you will never get more.

If you are not playing BGR then use Caesar's answer.

I am playing BGRIV, is this limit also present in BGR2?

No, but it would have been better it is was. Too much authority prevents many game features from working well.

EDIT: of course it is ... Btw Byg can you make a version 2turns per year? 12 is too many ... :/

PS don't download BGR V at the moment because it needs a fix and I wont be able to fix it before tomorrow.
