    Default Roman rebels revolting

Alright, when I am playing as some other faction besides the Romans, and I capture a Roman city, why is it that when the city revolts it is ERR or WRR? In my Sassanid campaign Antioch always revolted into ERR, which is annoying because their units are strong and the city isn't roman anymore. Do you have to remove the Roman culture to stop these revolts, or do previously-held Roman cities always revolt into Roman rebels?

I had a similar problem in RTW. Whenever I was the Seleucids or Eygptians any city that revolted would be given over to parthia. There were no rebels who took the city, and parthia had never even seen these cities before, but they switch right over to them.

Thats just because its mostly parthian culture. when i played as the ERE, a province that i had never seen always revolted from the sassanids as soon as they took it and became my province. it was the one in armenia, on the east coast of the black sea. its just the culture (remember religion and culture plays a much greater role in this game than in RTW).
