Installshield
As you know, when you installs mod like RTR and SPQR: total war, you just run an installshield-application, that extract at some kind the file of the applications and the right maps. Now, I have some files that I edited, and want to give them to a friend who doesn't know anything of modding RTW and i can't go to him to do it myself. So my question is: how can I compres the files to an setup of Installshield so it's much easier for my friend to install my files.

Use the WINRAR i think. Compress the folder in which you have the mod's files and make it self-extractive. Then, set the RTW directory and that's all!
