Unsharp Mask will do the trick. Else, resize them from the initial size with the Bicubic Sharper option. Both have the same effect, so I'd go for the first one since you already have them ready for x%.

Hope you have Adobe Photoshop, that's where this tool is present.
Click Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask
There, you get some options. The percentage of 'unsharping' is the one you may need to enhance. Play around with the settings, and if you're satisfied with the result, save the image and perform Ctrl+F (last filter) on all other images which need to be sharpened/focused.
