    Get RTR, or another mod (I am not sure if there are more, but in my thinking there are bound to be) which unifies the Roman factions. Unless you have a high familiarity with the code and are willing to put in a lot of time, doing this by yourself is near impossible. This is not a knock on your personal skills, whatever they may be. I am just saying that it is a lot of work.
