How to delete a Party???

Hi folks...

Im currently searching for help with deleting a Party in the game. For instance its my intention to delete the senate and 2 of 3 roman Parties so I am the only roman in this round.
Is something like that possible and does anyone have some usefull tips?

Maybe something like saying the game that Rome, Tarentum etc. are Babarian towns?

No and I dont want to install SPQR 6.1 cause I dont like it
