Default I think I did things in the wrong order

    Ok, so here's my problem:

Everytime I insert the Rome: Total War cd into my cd station the autrorun starts normally and it looks like this:

Notice how I can't play the game. So I press install and it starts uninstalling. At the end of the uninstalling process I get this message:

I have tried manually running the setup from the Rome: Total War cd but I still got the same message at the end of the uninstalling. I have also tried to do it from the remove application control panel but that did not work either and it won't leave the panel:

So here is what I have done:
    1: Removed the activison folder.
2: Cleaned the registry with a program called RegSeeker http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm
3: Tried to install Rome: Total War (this is when I first noticed the problem)
4: Searched with RegSeeker for Anything with "Rome: Total War", "rtw", "r:tw", "1.2", "Activision", "Creative Assembly" and deleted it.
5: Searched the C:/WINDOWS for anything related to Rome: Total War.

EDIT: I had forgotten to search for "Rome - Total War" and when I deleted them from registry it finally uninstalled but now when i try to install it says:

Wich roughly translates into: "Errors during changes. Check that the chaningpath is correct.

Now I checked the path and there was a file named that wich I deleted. But then it just asked for the same file on the CD. So I put the original back in.
