BI: No error-message CTD

I have a problem. In BI I tried to add a few new regions to Ireland. I have successfully added new regions before, but here I get a CTD with no pointer towards the problem. It loads to the end of the bar, then CTD's. i have done settlement lookups and ownerships, but still there is a problem. Please, please help quickly!

Look very carefully through descr_strat around the parts you changed, I had similar CTD due to
an extra } between settlements.

It didn't give a show_err message either.

I have just checked descr_strat. It looks OK

Maybe you've got a settlement or a port between two regions? Even diagonally they can't touch other regions. Could I have a look at your files? You can send them to staff@riseofpersia.com if u want my help.

I had a problem like this just earlier today. Then I remembered to delete the map.rwm file.
