Another CTD problem

I'm currently in the process of getting ready to attack the senate in my Julii campaign... when all of a sudden I start getting CTD errors. No error message at all. I'm saved at a point in which when I press the Turn button it crashes when it gets to the Greek Cities. The first time this happened it crashed when one of my provinces was sieged, but I can't tell if it keeps happening... Someone help?

First of all make sure that you have the -show_err switch on the shortcut target. If the error is trapped by the exe you will get an error message when you exit the game.

I don't know what you are on about. The link I provided shows how to add switches to the shortcut - which is what you asked how to do.

Please explain.

It says I need vanilla 1.3 to enable -show err

What version are you running R:TW 1.0 or R:TW 1.2 or something else.

You need to be running R:TW 1.5 as that is the latest version of R:TW.

The R:TW patches can be fond in various places. Have a look at the links at the end of the first post in this thread: here.

I'm quite sure I used -show_err with R:TW 1.0.

Patches didn't do anything, -show err isn't working either

Are you using: "-show err" or "-show_err"?

Just asking because you posted twice the one without underscore which would off course not work then.

It's shown as such in the link I provided.

Also, as I stated it will only return an error if it's trapped by the code. Typically, this is file missing messages but there are others. Not all CTDs come with an error message.
