    Default disrespect noble trait

To start - what a massive improvement on the original game, this mod is very impressive.

I was intrigued when I was playing early era campaign as norway and my king recieved the disrespects nobles trait. It said something about if a civil war occured, generals would take sides. Would this ever happen? How would the game create a civil war within a faction?

    Thanks,

    The Duke Dude

    EDIT: This is 6.4

As far as I know, this never happens, but it could happen in 7.0. It would also probably turn your generals into aggressive rebels if anything.

I also want to question this. I would be funny to cause it, even.

I hope that is one thing they change in 7.0

I'm up to about 1300 or so on an early era campaign i started (200 turns +)

I've had a couple of different faction leaders with "offends the nobility" and "inspires civil war" traits.

In all that time I've had maybe 2 captain units rebel and zero generals have rebelled.

I think it would make the game a lot more difficult and fun if the loyalty system actually meant something besides how much it takes to bribe a general.

I've had countless generals with 0 or negative loyalty and they never rebel.

I think a system where a check is ran each turn against your general to see if he rebels would add to the challenge and fun of the game.

like if your generals loyalty is 5 or greater he will not rebel.

but if his loyalty is 1 to 4 there is a chance that he will rebel with the chance being greater at 1 than at 4.

and if his loyalty is zero.. he automatically rebels.

It would certainly make the game more interesting if you had to choose carefully how many generals you had and you had to actively keep your family members happy or risk losing cities to rebels.

Doesn't this already happen in DLV? If so I presume it'll be implemented the same/similar way.

Yes you have a "civil war" soem generals will donīt like to be in the side of the king and will appear a trait "You are not my King" that makes your general moviment points reduces to 0
