    Default Unspecified Error

    The first hour or so I've been playing it's run flawlessly. Now I keep getting this crash after each turn:

    I've looked at the stick and do as the instructions say. I don't have UAC on or any anti virus. I guess I need to reinstall..

    Edit*****

    Ok it's only occurring when you try and take over the Misty Mountain fort.

    This is quite common. What I found works is completly re-install (thats including medival 2)
    Oh is the fort you are attack named Moria? If so it may be a problem with the custom map.

    reinstalled everything and started the campaign but when i went into a conflict it gave me the same error and crashed.

    Windows 7
    8GB ram
    4.5ghz 2500k
    Radeon 4890

    no anti virus or UAC. Run as administrator.

    It's now become unplayable, won't even launch a custom battle. Reinstalling again.

    Try this:

    1) Add the following line (using notepad):

    level=*script* trace

    in your TATW.cfg file after the header [log] and delete the other lines. The file is in TATW root directory, the one where Third Age.bat is located. That section of the file should look like this:

    [log]
    to = logs/system.log.txt
    level=*script* trace

    2) Run the game normal and let it crash.

    3) Navigate to your M2TW\logs folder (where M2TW is the place you installed the game). There should be a file in there called system.log.txt. Open the file and paste the last dozen lines or so here.

    Tired of rampant corruption? Try ICS - Improved Corruption System for TATW3.1.
