Problems Reinstalling RTW?

I recently (yesterday) got a new 64 bit computer. My old one is a 32 bit, so I had to reinstall everything.

While reinstalling my online (not Steam) copy of Rome Total War, everything went fine and it finished installing.

When I try to play, this pops up.

I was wondering if this screen might be about my activation key? ( I still have it )

If so, is there anyway to activate the game without doing "that?"

I would presume it is some sort of protection system implemented by the on-line seller (in order to prevent a single copy being shared by many different people).

The best thing is to go back to the original seller and ask advice from them.
