    Default Couple of problems

    Hi, I have just downloaded this mod and have noticed that when im in the grand campaign selection screen it crashes after a minute or so (or after I click on a certain number of factions, don't know which yet). So far however, I have found no problems with the actual campaign after I choose a faction to play.

    Also, I don't like the building prices or the amount of terns they take to build (not criticising just my personal preference), can anyone tell me how to change this back to what it was in normal med 2/ kingdoms please.

    Thanks

    Stylix is right you should post these type of questions in the mod workshop forum...But If you want to change building times go to the export_descr_buildings file and for each build find the construction line and change the number next to it to the desired amount of turns to build...

    example:
    Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    building core_building
    {
    convert_to core_castle_building
    levels wooden_pallisade wooden_wall stone_wall large_stone_wall huge_stone_wall
    {
    wooden_pallisade city requires factions { northern_european, mesoamerican, middle_eastern, eastern_european, greek, southern_european, }
    {
    convert_to 1
    capability
    {
    wall_level 0
    tower_level 1
    free_upkeep bonus 2
    happiness_bonus bonus 1
    recruitment_slots 1
    recruits_exp_bonus bonus 1 requires event_counter is_the_ai 1
    recruits_morale_bonus bonus 2 requires event_counter is_the_ai 1
    }
    material wooden
    construction 2
    cost 1000
    settlement_min village
    upgrades
    {
    wooden_wall
    }
    }

    Hi, I just downloaded and installed KGCM and it crashes right after it starts up (I haven't even gotten as far as the selection screen).

    I found this post and downloaded menu crash fix.rar in the second post of above thread but, when I open the zip file, it's empty; there's nothing to unzip and install. I'd really like to play this mod, could you help me out here?

    attached is a recent and working copy of the menu fix...extract it to the KGCM folder, merge the folder and replace files when asked...

    Thank you, but even that copy of menu fix is empty (at least for me).

    must be an issue on your end...try uninstalling and reinstalling your winrar or 7zip program and see if that helps cause im seeing the neccesary files in both...

    It contains empty file folders and this is correct. The folders must be present, even though they are empty, and installed into the correct location. The menu fix file cannot create empty(new?) folders, so this must be done manually.
