I voted 10 bucks..simply because if they do Persia like Im hoping they will, then by jimminie crickets little feet, its gonna be gewwwd.

That is an upper limit. For that I would expect at minimum AI improvements, and new cas/skeletons for hoplites and Macedonian sarissa carriers. Providing a real naval sub system - not 3d battles, but just the options they flirted with in the ships .txt file would be nice too.
For a minimal re-skin on the BI level game I think I would vote 0-9.99.
