Help! Which 31st faction to add???

Hi all.
My mod is based on the same geographical area that vanilla map does. But obviously it's larger that vanilla one.
The period is from 1100 to 1450.

The factions are:

1 england
2 france
3 hre
4 spain
5 venice
6 genoa
7 sicily
8 milan
9 scotland
10 ireland
11 wales
12 byzantium
13 russia
14 denmark
15 norway
16sweden
17 portugal
18 poland
19 hungary
20 lithuania
21 jerusalem
22 antioch
23 moors
24 turks
25 egypt
26 teutonic_order
27 mongols
28 papal_states
29 timurids
30 slave

But I'm steel uncertain about 31st faction.
So if U can please help me with your ideas.
Of course it must be considered from the historical point of view, its medieval relevance and importance.

I would suggest the Kievan Rus

Three candidates:
1. Qumans/Qipchaks - they would suit to the great steppic rebel zone you have
2. Novgorod or Kiev - it depends on what faction is your Russia (PS - there was no Russia in 1100-1450, Russia was founded around 1470y)
3. Serbia - strong Balcan state

so of course I can't put them all ingame like factions. I will limit on the Kievan Rus and will leave Novgorod just rebel.

So just keep the name Kievan Rus Russia is definitely out of your time frame.

Yes, but it's just a reference of the eastern faction. In expanded.txt I can call it like I want.
And what about Qumans/Qipchaks and Serbia I would prefer the first one because Serbia was founded more or less at the end of XII\beginning of XIII century, so not exactly at the period my mod starts.
So I dunno....

Georgia was much stronger and important in that area.

Only as emerging faction around 1185y. Better invest the slot in Kipchaks or Georgians. Or both while showing Timurid as rebels.

P.S. or did you thought about Volga-Bulgars? They would be nice addition but placed in your maps corner. For the gameplay - better to place the faction closer to others.

Well, since you have Wales and Ireland that I think can hardly deserve to be factions, you can add the Isle of Man for example.

Only what about such established kingdoms as Bohemia or Aragon? Also for this time period I think Tzardom of Bulgaria could be added. And btw there was no Russia in that time period, Russia was not a single nation or country until about 200 years after your mod ending date. Kievan Rus, Novgorod, but not Russia.
