HELP! Cannot lauch install

Whenever I click the TATW_3.0_Part1of2.exe to start the install I see for only a second the cmd on the backround and then it closes and nothing happens.

Things I have tried

1) Running the file as administrator. Still same problem.
2) Setting kingdoms.exe always to run as administrator, again still problem exists.
3) Restarting the PC. It doesnt solve it.

I have WINDOWS 7 32-bit.
My kingdoms version is 1.04

edit : I have the normal version, not the steam one.


Please help me guys, I really want to play this masterpiece

ok I managed to FREEZE the cmd when I open the file and it gives me this rather annoying message,

ok problem solved, after messing with everything for quite a while I decided to download it again. This time it worked as charm
