    Default 3.0 Performance problem

    Hi,
I just installed 3.0 but when i try to play a battle the game just gets laggy this happens only in battles not on the campaing map. I was able to run 2.1 maxed without any lag at all on normal unit size. I can also play ETW and NTW almost high. I tried downgrading my drivers from the new 285.62 to 177.83. This didnt help only made my game lag more...

    All help is welcome.

    PC specs:
    Asus M2N-X- plus Motherboard
    Nvidia 8600gt
    Amd anthlon 64x2 4400+@2.3Ghz
    2GB of RAM
OS: Windows Vista 32bit home premium

i think your system is ok for a low usage. 2GB of ddr2 is minimum in my opinion (better 4+ and DDR3). also your grafic
tatw and many other mods use much more poligons per model than vanilla tw-games.
try to disable shadows, dust, bloomefect and very important grass (grass need the same/more resources than units). if the performance is low reduce them to absolut minimum, so that units still look good.

    my current system:
    intelcore i7-2600K boxed
    MSI Z68A-G45 - motherbord
    16GB-Kit Corsair XMS3
    edit: forgot my grafic
    geforce gtx 560 2gb ddr5
