Cant build units?

HI,
playing as Eriador in the 1.turn i cant build any units?? after 1.turn i can?
later on when i capture Athilin ther is no recruitment slot and i cant build units?

sorry, dont now how to post picture , has enyone have the same problem?

I can't speak for those cities, but I will tell you that one change that has occurred is that some cities allow you to build a barracks but don't actually allow for units to be produced.

So for instance I conquered a city and built the orc barracks but then I realized that I don't have a wall and can't build any units there until the population reaches a high enough level to build a wall... well I can "build" the units but they are grey rather than green and never actually produce... oddly I can keep doing this as the units repopulate, so I can have a long line of units waiting to be produced... kind of cool actually as this town will eventually produce 1 unit per turn for several turns.

Anyway, you need to check your towns to make sure all of the conditions for producing units are met.

the problem was that you can construct a barracks in a vilage before you have walls(town). that is new thing but it is odd that only i noticed it,
